Here is what you need to know to join us at £14.99 a month:
There is a £25 Admin fee to join. This covers the cost of setting up your membership.

There is a minimum contract period of 3 months.

Once a year on the 1st October, we charge a club enhancement fee of £14.99 to every member. This money is invested exclusively in improvements to the club. This ensures that you continue to benefit from a well maintained, superbly equipped facility.

You need to complete a pre-exercise medical questionnaire before your induction can begin. If you are able to print off and complete this one it will speed up your induction process. Otherwise we will supply a copy at our reception when you arrive.

You will need to complete a Direct Debit form. If you are able to print off and complete this one it will speed up the joining process. Otherwise we will supply a copy at our reception when you arrive.

You will need to also provide proof of address (driving license, utility bill etc) and proof of bank account (debit/credit card, statement etc) before you can join.

Please come with your trainers, tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt and a sweat towel. Changing rooms and lockers are provided.

If you are an experienced trainer you can have a fast track induction which will take approximately 15 mins. For beginners and inexperienced trainers a full induction will take an hour and covers correct use of our equipment so you get the most out of it.
