All applicants must be receiving benefits or be on a low income and must have a connection with Hertfordshire.
We are not ‘direct access' all applicants are asked to complete an application form and are interviewed by a member of the Housing Team.
Staff are happy to assist any applicant that has difficulties completing the form.
